Since 1992, The National Sales & Marketing Council has saluted homebuilders and marketing professionals who have stood apart as giants in the new home marketing field as “Legends of Residential Marketing.”
Legends are selected based upon their professionalism, and commitment to our industry and quality of their new home marketing.
Bert Selva is president and CEO of Shea Homes, the largest, privately held homebuilder in America, which operates in California, Arizona, Colorado, Washington and Florida. In 2008, Shea Homes closed 2,916 homes and generated over $1.5 billion in revenue. Shea Homes was awarded the coveted “Builder of the Year Award” by Professional Builder magazine and was also named one of “America’s Best Builders” by Builder Magazine.
