Purpose of Award:
The NAHB GIA International Home of the Year award recognizes and honors the outstanding achievements and work done by land planners, architects, engineers, designers, builders, and developers that solve a socio-economic challenge, are rooted in sustainability and wellness, and will have positive implications globally.
