Target Market – Young Professionals. This builder has delivered innovative Loft/Townhome models since the
communities opening in 2011. This newest Loft model opening in September of 2013 and was an instant hit
with buyers. Targeting the young, professional individuals that love to be creative with their personal style, this
model blends the open loft feeling of the plan with modern elements to create a relaxing and fresh atmosphere.
Modular drywall elements and warm woods create a perfect mixture for a soft contemporary feel. The color
palette is inspired by the warm beige with accents of muted orange and natural green that are trending up in
the market and offer a warm component to the clean lines and contemporary architecture. A dramatic lighting
element highlights the two story ceiling with an urban plexi-glass railing providing a cat-walk around the feature.
