Alisa Poncher is VP of Sales & Marketing for Mountain Vista Holdings, LLC. She has more than 16 years of New
Home Sales & Marketing experience. Alisa serves on the Sales and Marketing Council Board of Metro Denver.

She is the recipient of several local awards including a MAME award for Sales Manager of the Year and was

recognized at the 2015 Nationals with the Gold Sales Manager of the Year award. In addition, she has been a

panelist at the International Builder Show.

• Veteran of the new home industry for over 35 years.

• Co-owner and General Manager of Infinity Home Collection, in Denver Colorado, for over 16 years.

• His firm’s market niche is high end production homes. Currently averaging just under $1,000,000 for around
100 homes per year in Denver’s finest master plan communities.

• With roots solidly in the Sales, Marketing, and Product development side of the business.

• Dave is a self proclaimed product junky! But also loves great marketing and advertising, and of course

generating profitable sales revenue.

• A proud Denver native and loves all outdoor activities, especially if they are in the majestic Rocky
Mountain playground.
