The video created for this project captures the unique selling proposition of the condominium – it’s downtown, urban,
sophisticated, surrounded by all of the amenities of downtown Toronto and yet is tied into nature because of its park. The green 

leaf that travels throughout the video represents the uniqueness of this residential project - its lush green park. The video was 

instrumental in garnering investor sales, particularly offshore investors, because it showcased the scope of the project, its USP 
and its downtown Toronto address. It contributed to the effectiveness of the advertising and marketing campaign. The project sold 

out within weeks of opening.
