STATEMENT

This stunning product was specifically designed for a historic Denver

infill neighborhood and needed to blend in with the existing styles while
still feeling fresh and modern for today’s buyer. The maximum width

of the home to be 21 1⁄2 feet which presented design constraints

but artfully executed in the plans. Drawing from the context of the
neighborhood, a combination of architectural styles were used from

Cottage, Craftsman, Mid Century Modern and English Revival. The most
