STATEMENT

This thoughtful ranch plan lives as beautifully as it looks. The 5010’s spacious floor plan with stacked windows

and 10 foot ceilings make the space feel open and large. A stone fireplace reaching the ceiling in the center of the
home brings the hearth back to where it historically has been, functionally heating the entire house. Traditional formal

spaces were left out of this design. Instead the kitchen boasts an oversized island, perfect for entertaining, and there’s

a separate owner’s entry with closet for coat storage conveniently located near the laundry. The guest suite is set up
like a hotel room, completely separate just off the front entry and totally self contained. All glazing is set to bring in an

abundance of natural light and take advantage of the views. All outdoor areas are oriented towards the mountains a

benefit of the elevated site the community resides on.
