BEST INTERIOR DESIGN OF A CUSTOM HOME

GOAL: To create an environment that was modern in aesthetic balanced with

smart functionality.

STRATEGY: Holding true to the integrity of the architecture by designing a simple

sustainable, environment that was also comfortable for our homeowners was

the number one design intention. The devil was in the details. The design team

focused their attention on warming up the contemporary spaces by using a
contrasting, juxtaposition design approach where the natural concrete flooring

and expansive windows were complimented by warm, rich wood tones and soft,

luxurious textiles. The team then added in pops of color in very subtle ways to

create drama within each of the spaces. The homeowners took a leap of faith

in the design team to make bold decisions such as cobalt blue cabinetry and
an open air Master Bath shower. To top it all off, the home was named by its

Designer as “Reflection Through The Lens Of An Eye.” The name was defined by

RESULTS: This was the 4th home that this design team designed for this
homeowner. The project was a departure from the homeowner’s usual traditional

style. The outcome included an overwhelming and favorable reaction from

the client.
