It’s all about the experience. Keeping with this notion, the sales center for this San Jose community had to be designed in a way
the engaged visitors, represented the heart of the community and fully embraced the Silicon Valley lifestyle— and above all else, it

had to appeal to young couples and families living in the Santa Clara County.
Proudly showcasing the name and logo, the space invites visitors in, where a combination of dynamic colors, vibrant imagery

and magnetic designs immerses them while conveying the community’s unique character convenience, connectivity and value. An

interactive touchscreen inspires synergy, complementing themed walls highlighting balanced living with energetic photography, fun
phrases, an aerial display and community and building information.
