STATEMENT
The marketing objective was to connect first-time purchasers, homebuyers and investors with a new home in this Etobicoke
master-planned community. One of the challenges was to attract commuters and first-time buyers who pass by the sales centre
on their daily walk or drive to the subway. Eye-catching and alluring, the exterior uses a clever mix of colours and illustrations
to beautifully create a sense of intrigue. Inside, the artistic quality continues with fun and youthful illustrations by a New York
Times artist, while the work of a Brooklyn based chalkboard artist—bringing a casual coffee shop flair to the space. Vinyl boards
showcase a floor-to-ceiling, illustrated neighbourhood map and a montage of images. The space is incredibly interactive with a
large television screen that loops the community’s clever lifestyle videos. A thoughtfully designed model suite is also on display,
bringing floorplans to life for prospects. Overall, the space lives up to its tagline: “Urban Style on the Westside.”
