ONLINE SALES COUNSELOR OF THE YEAR

The Online Home Advisor program did not have the immediate support of the existing sales team. Now, the sales people look forward to her
appointments knowing that they will be highly qualified. She has the respect of the sales teams and has gained full support for the program.

Shari always goes above and beyond to succeed in this position. Without her input and expertise the program would not be at the level it is

today. She is constantly working to develop the, always looking for ways to improve. She is very passionate about this position and genuinely
wants to match prospects to the home of their dream. She has shown initiative in her own development by attending the International Builder

show educational courses as well as personally contacting other Online Home Advisors to discuss challenges. She is successful in this role

because of her passion, enthusiasm, and dedication.
