This brochure was created as part of a community “refresh” strategy.


For a broad target audience of families of all ages, the key benefit of living here 
is the same for all: affordable homes in a beautiful natural setting with direct 

access to trails and other amenities. After researching the benefits of living 

with nature, we discovered quantifiable evidence that nature helps people in 

numerous ways, including fighting depression, improved physical and mental 
health, helping to make us happier, and even more kind. This led to a community 

positioning of “the Nature of Happiness.” Based on the research, simple factoids 

about the benefits of living with nature were sprinkled throughout all advertising 

tactics in order to help reinforce and payoff the tagline. One example from the
