Young, hip, fashion-forward professionals


VOGUE is the authority on all things fashion and culture. So it was no surprise 
they would recognize what most Torontonians already know – Queen West is the 

coolest neighbourhood. Period.

To help promote the second phase of SQ’s master planned community SQ2, we 

created a magazine-style brochure that highlights the area, as well as positions 

Tridel as the expert on all things Queen West. We teamed up with a rich 

assortment of the city’s best lifestyle bloggers for articles that explored every 

facet of what Queen West has to offer.

The brochure stood out to people because it sold the building to a young, hip, 

fashion forward demographic using the vibrancy of the area, and selling tactics 
disguised as engaging content.
