BEST WEB BANNERS/RICH MEDIA ADVERTISING
Campaign continuity, succinct and relevant messaging and creating a seamless
visual experience from the banner ads to the website were the main drivers
for the online experience. Because the building is nuanced and features so
many one-of-a-kind details, the creative firm saw each banner ad as a unique
opportunity to reveal a different detail or feature of the community. The
objective was to represent the unique and unformatted feel of the building.
Graphically, the creative team linked all of these distinct elements together
through the use of bold type and the signature mint highlight color, so there
was an impactful and consistent expression across the campaign. The web
banners accounted for nearly 30% of the total traffic to the website. The 6
Mint homes averaged ~29% over market pricing and neighboring comps at
1,000 square feet.
