Marketing this segment with mediums of local newspaper, targeted Pandora 

radio, direct mail, social media, and directional signage.

Design goal was to create a modern ranch house escape that is intimately 

connected to its surroundings.

The contemporary style was tempered with a rustic Arizona ranch vernacular 

to appeal to this affluent family seeking a balance of comfort and luxury. This 

consumer does NOT want a typical Spanish style ranch house.

Extensive outdoor covered space surrounds the house, virtually doubling its living 

area. Every major living space connects seamlessly with its adjacent outdoor
