DETACHED HOME OVER 4,000 SQ. FT.
The architectural design of this home was centered on the entry and dining room
“connector” with glass on both sides to create a transparency through the whole
plan upon entering the home. This links the Entry Courtyard, Center Courtyard,
and Rear Yard and Garden together.
Looking at the Great Room the orientation allows for equal views onto the
intimate courtyard as well as the distant canyon views across the rear yard and
garden. In a different fashion, this plan features the majority of the bedrooms
on the ground floor, including the Master Bedroom. On the upper level there is
space for a guest room or studio with an exterior access point.
