BEST ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN OF A SINGLE-FAMILY

DETACHED HOME 3,001 TO 3,500 SQ. FT.

Builder’s objective was to capture and encourage the Southern California

lifestyle in a unique way for young couples and families with children, so the

major design focus was the indoor/outdoor living experience.

Inspired by Mid Century Modern, the exterior with a transitional take on this

style. Use of quality materials adds to the unique look while the swing garage

sets the homes back off the street for a grander approach.

Features an open floor plan concept with transparency, creating a strong indoor/

outdoor livability centered around the Kitchen and Great Room. Once you enter

in the front courtyard, you immediately see straight through the large windows
in front of the floating stair case through to the rear yard. Large bi-folding

doors in the Great Room meet at the Kitchen cabinet edge opening the space

up to the California Room. A large downstairs ensuite bedroom accommodates
