STATEMENT

Primary Target Market : Three communities participated in order to 

reach THREE different markets: Young professionals, families, and empty 
nesters.

The objective was to create, develop and implement a testimonial- 

based, multi-platform, integrated social media campaign utilizing existing 
residents to propagate the lifestyle-oriented brand and drive home sales to 

potential buyers.


Biggest Challenge:

• In order to get residents to participate, there was a contest held
on social media. Participants shared their videos via social media; 

encouraged family and friends to vote.


Results:

• Over 25 videos collected 

• 16,668 page views
