Primary Objective: Introduce the opportunity of Great Park Neighborhoods to the marketplace through targeted online 

buys (e.g. banner in real estate section of local newspaper’s website). Goal: To sustain and strengthen the spirit of the 
entire advertising campaign. Delightful, refreshing web banners always tie into the overall campaign, presenting the promise 

of new and desirable home choices, freshness and all around good energy.

Special focus on motion and action adds to the sense of fun and dynamism—a welcome departure from conventional 
presentations of new home elevations in favor of the human spirit and energy that creates real community.

Demonstrating an entirely new choice in Irvine, the banners are also consistent and iconic, generating easy, cross-
