STATEMENT

Primary Target Market: First time home buyers, 20 – 35 M/F 50:50 The marketing objective of this magazine ad was 

to portray the project’s location in downtown Toronto’s highly sought after waterfront, as a place that has every exciting 
feature of authentic cosmopolitan living. A graphic was created of the recognizable Toronto city scape with the addition of 

supersized items that represent the offerings close by the project. From a ballerina to a baseball to a filmstrip to a funky 

shoe – the message reads loud and clear. Everything you love about the city is right here. The ad is eye-catching, clever 
and contributed to the complete sell-out of the first building in record time.
