STATEMENT
Target Audience: Young families: first and second time buyers interested in a safe, small town environment with good
schools and a strong amenity package located within the community. Marketing Problem: How to reinvigorate and reenergize a
community that shutdown all sales activity during the downturn. Marketing Strategy: Create a multimedia marketing campaign
designed to rebrand the community based on the numerous ways residents are able to recreate with water-based amenities. For
the print component of this campaign, 6 ads were created to demonstrate a full array of water-based activities. With 6 ads to work
with, no ad will run more than 2 times over a 12-month period in any magazine and no ad runs in the same month as any other ad
in any other magazine. Results: The marketing campaign has helped to reignite new home sales and lot sales to builders. 400 of
the remaining 500 lots have been sold to builders. 2014 new home sales are on pace to hit 75 with 2015 projections at 150.
