STATEMENT

The digital marketing campaign for this community featured a strategic email marketing campaign, Search and 

Display Network advertising, Facebook Ads, Social Media and a project microsite. MintoLongbranch.com was developed 
as an interactive community for users to discover the townhome project, the area and get inspiration and information 

that would help them with their home purchase decision. A tailored eblast campaign was use to communicate with key 

brokers and sales agents in the Toronto market, as well as registrants to share key launch and event dates, floorplans, 
pricing and special incentives. The Search, Display Network and Facebook Advertising campaigns assisted in increasing 

web traffic and conversions as well as increasing visibility and market awareness.
