STATEMENT

Primary Target Market: Young professionals and empty-nesters in the Washington, DC metro area. This beautiful animated 

piece highlights the builder’s brand story. The video opens with a simple statement: when it comes to buying a new home, you 
have a lot of choices. Illustrating how only the developer can offer you a better way to live, the video follows a character walking 

in her neighborhood and how the neighborhood is at the center of the community at large. The illustration style has a hand drawn 

charm to it, rendered in warm tones to evoke an approachable, sophisticated, rich and nuanced look and feel. The message is 
thoughtful, understated and timeless, just like the builder’s brand. The target market is young professionals and empty-nesters in 

the Washington, DC metro area.
