STATEMENT

Primary Target Market: Young couples, young families, move-up buyers. This project is located in Toronto’s highly sought after 

Yorkville district – location of flagship stores, Toronto’s finest restaurants and undoubtedly one of the most popular destinations
in Canada. The overall advertising campaign reflects the avant-garde “Golden Era” branding created for this project with the

goal of establishing a brand that is distinctive and memorable and is separate from other competing projects in the Yorkville 

neighbourhood. The campaign includes print ads, mailers, invitations, and a TV commercial and positions the project in the 
location and establishes the brand as sophisticated, artistic, young and cool through the use of a golden leaf representing 24 karat 

living and a striking hero image. The campaign contributed to the success of the marketing – the project has only been open for a 

couple of weeks and already almost 65% of the units have sold.
