STATEMENT

The biggest marketing challenge presented by this project has been to rebrand this former industrial area into a cool and 

desirable neighbourhood with lots of amenities for families. The Green program created for this townhome community exemplifies 

contemporary sensibilities when it comes to sustainability. A brochure, display and booklet were created to tell the story.
All of the pieces created address the cool, urban, edginess of the project. Consistency in theme and graphic style support 

the brand in these pieces as well. The marketing literature emphasized the energy cost savings as well as the health benefits of 
the green features. It became apparent, that the market attracted to this project held green aspects in high priority; the green 

literature provided was vital in converting many walk-ins into sales.
