STATEMENT
Inspired by the boutique retail experience of southern California, we have created a serene and sophisticated design

studio environment, allowing the space to act as a canvas for future home buyers and designers to be inspired. The

main Lobby space features flanking art niches, reception center and smart table allowing the home buyer to draw
from the collection of floor plans. Upon greeting, the space opens up into a beautifully appointed dual sided kitchen,

accentuated by a floating soffit with stunning chandeliers and a shimmer screen focal point. Throughout the space both

contemporary and traditional elements are incorporated giving a balanced and soothing ambience. Beyond the Lobby,
the design studio boasts state of the art in-house designer service areas including a modern media room, extensive

plumbing showcase and design selection areas with workstations and vignettes. In essence, this design studio creates a

fresh approach for the home buyers experience by engaging the senses and tantalizing the palette.
