STATEMENT

Goal: Sign program that supports marketing concepts focused on fresh, 

invitational ways to present a new master-planned community


• Touring bike and bright orange highlight approach and arrival 

points, village identification and welcome pavilion. Consistent 
color codes help visitors quickly find what they seek among 10 

new home collections. Street light banners replace traditional 
poles, adding a festival touch to model ID.



• Stone, metal, wood and enamel support an artful mix of classic 
and modern sign styles, strengthened by deeply saturated base 

colors.


• While directionals for drivers are clear and well located, sign 

program’s larger focus is on a slower pace, with pedestrian and 

bike-friendly signs offering unique and organic character.


• Playful messages appear at seemingly random points for 

walkways, bike paths and amenity areas, adding amusement 
to the experience and emphasizing that this is a place to enjoy 

yourself.
