From the moment Whitney joined The Homes by Dickerson team on January 2, 2015, she has
been an infectious ball of high energy and enthusiasm. She is genuinely excited about the journey

of homeownership and loves finding that perfect home or custom design that fits the needs and

desires of her clients.

Whitney is part of Homes By Dickerson’s in-house sales team. While she has a specific

concentration on the Briar Chapel community in Chapel Hill, she also cross-sells 8 other

communities across the Triangle. In the Master-Planned Community of Briar Chapel, Homes

By Dickerson builds across 3 collections with homes priced from the $300s to $700s in
the 2,000-5,000 square footage range. There are two Homes By Dickerson model homes

open in Briar Chapel seven days a week: Monday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm and

Sundays 12noon to 6pm. One of these model homes is lightly staged while the other is a

fully decorated model home.

Many of the Homes by Dickerson homes in this award-winning community have been recognized

as both winners in the MAME Awards and the Durham/Orange/Chatham Counties Parade of

Homes. Homes by Dickerson was also named Best in Green Marketing in 2015 by The National
Association of Home Builders as well as Builder of the Year in 2015 and 2016 by the Raleigh-

Wake County Home Builder’s Association.

sense of urgency to take steps forward with our complex custom designs.
