Kelly, Jessica and Henry worked together in a challenging market to create
a community that put Rego Park on the map alongside the likes of emerging

Astoria and Sunnyside and the developed waterfront of Long Island City. It is

extremely difficult to sell in new markets. Teamwork and collaboration is the

foundation of success. The leasing team worked together by sharing what they

learned about each customer, what objections they felt they were facing and

Reading your customers and making small changes and adjustments to

your presentation as more information is shared can only happen in a non-
