This multifaceted online marketing campaign encompassed a series of 

personalized outreach ranging from targeted emails to the brokerage community 

and interest list, to international outreach to prospects in Asia, to paid search, 

online display ads and retargeting tactics. This downtown LA community
has already distributed a significant volume of hyper-target email campaigns 

with open rates in the 25%-35%+ range, well above industry standards.

Each email was designed to appeal to each respective audience, offering 

relevant information and clear calls to action. Additionally, the popular Chinese 
international real estate portal Juwai.com was enlisted to showcase this 

signature development to the 2.6 million monthly visitors, adding significant 

Southeast Asian exposure to the program. As strategized, these online tactics 

have played a significant role in driving traffic to the website, which is now 
approaching 10,000 monthly visitors who spend two minutes on the site, viewing
