BEST MARKETING OF GREEN/SUSTAINABLE PROGRAM
The Organic Home was launched in April of 2016 with the goal of promoting
and describing our healthy home building techniques to our audience in a way
that was easy to understand and relate to. Our promotional campaign uses bold
colors, simple icons, and illustrations to convey our message to our audience.
The promotional campaign consists of a 90-second animated explainer video,
a brochure, web banners, sales office display, realtor promotions, and a media
outreach campaign.
Throughout the campaign blues and greens are used to convey a sense of
healthy living, fresh air, and comfort. An illustrated chart (used in the brochure
and as a display) of a home was created using photos of our model homes and
lists each feature using bubble callouts, accentuating the important points in
green. The back of our brochure is a bright red, contrasting with the rest of the

material in order to draw attention and to tie in the American Lung Association

colors. This portion of the brochure matches a poster in each sales center.
