Designed specifically based on insights from millennials uncovered in original
research and focus groups, this modest sized dwelling lives big and throws

convention out the window. Design drivers include authenticity, a strong indoor/

outdoor synergy and the ability to use the home and rooms in multiple ways.

Also high on the list was smart technology and superior energy efficiency. At
2,100 SF the home caters to the dual desires for traditional character and charm,

as well as modern design.

The outside is as much a part of the home as indoor spaces. Designers took
advantage of every opportunity to add outdoor rooms on both levels and create

glass walls that erase barriers between the two. Two spaces—a first-floor suite

with a separate entrance and an over-the garage 384 SF flat—provide income
