Awards will be presented based upon membership (under 50 members, 50–100 members, 100–200 members, 200–300 members, over 300 members). Net growth will be determined based on the local council’s highest number of members during 2017 (their “base” number) compared to their total number of active members on Oct. 31, 2018. (Both values will be determined using the WMS membership reports by the NAHB National Sales and Marketing Council Staff.)

Entry Requirement:

Intended to recognize those amazing professionals who are curating activities and programming lifestyle events for a new-home community. Talk about the number of activities/events, how they interact with homeowners and why they are awesome.

Entry Requirements:

This award recognizes an individual under 40 years of age for their exemplary professionalism, leadership and involvement across the NAHB federation. Awarded annually, submissions should include the following information about the candidate:

Entry Requirements:

This award recognizes associates, suppliers and vendors deserving of recognition for their service to builders and the industry in the arena of Sales and Marketing. Candidates must hold or work for a company/individual with an active NAHB and NSMC Membership at the time of nomination. If they do not meet this criteria, the nomination will not be considered.
