Selling real estate to the high-net-worth market takes more than a pretty box in 

a prime location. It takes a compelling story. That’s just what this private Aspen 

Mountain enclave of 14 luxury townhomes was missing. And why the developer 

and listing agent hired our team to jump-start a sluggish pre-sales rollout. Our 
mission: create a high-end brochure package and brand story worthy of $8 

million-plus price points. Our challenge: convince the target audience to pay as 

much for a high-density townhome as they would for a large estate with land. All 

before residences were built.

We told the story of the historic Lift One chairlift (next door) that launched the 

Aspen legend in 1946 as a chance to own a piece of history. Limited at that. The 
lock-and-leave lifestyle as freedom from a big Aspen home. And the architecture 

as the future of contemporary mountain living. New computer-generated 

renderings offer a sophisticated perspective on the Poss architecture. New
